Workflow of Automatic Blini Production line
The whole process starts with mixing the batter, then heating the blini batter on the baking wheel to form a thin wrappers, and then automatically dividing the blini wrappers into equal sizes before peeling to ensure uniformity.
Then it passes through the filling device, which senses the position of the blini wrappers and drops the filling. Then the folding and rolling device rolls up the ingredients and seals them safely. Finally, the Blini is packaged in bags for storage and transportation.
