How to Install a Spring Roll Sheet Making Machine

Placement and Stability: Ensure the machine is placed on a level surface to guarantee smooth operation.
Power Connection: Turn on the power supply and activate the buttons labeled L1, L2, L3, and N on the control panel. L1, L2, and L3 are live wire terminals, while N is the neutral wire.
Preparation: Before starting, lightly coat the surface of the heating drum with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
Grounding: Ensure the ground wire is securely connected. Use a 2.5m galvanized iron needle welding screw connected to a 6mm² copper wire. Attach the copper wire to the machine’s casing and insert the iron pin into the ground.
Post-Production Cleaning: After production, clean the pulp barrel, pulp pump, and molds with clean water. Always turn off the main switch before performing any maintenance tasks.
