Working Principle of Fresh Lumpia Wrapping Machine
First, put the prepared batter into the storage tank; when the roasting wheel’s temperature reaches 160°, turn on the batter pump to send the batter to the nozzle. The nozzle automatically sprays the batter onto the baking wheel for shaping. The roasting wheel rotates around a circular axis, when it rotates to 270-300 degrees, the lumpia wrapper is cooked and separated from the roasting wheel by the cutter. Finally the lumpia wrappers are cooled by a conveyor belt with a cooling fan and collected.
