Manufacturing Process of Spring Roll Skin

  • Acceptance of raw and auxiliary materials: All raw and auxiliary materials such as flour, sugar, salt, and food additives such as lecithin are produced by regular manufacturers. The factory inspection report should be attached, well packaged and clearly marked. During the acceptance of raw materials, type tests are carried out on a regular basis, focusing on the detection of heavy metals, pesticide residues and other items.
  • Making batter: Add auxiliary materials and food additives according to the formula, then add water and stir to form a batter. The amount of food additives added must be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the importing country (if the importing country has no requirements, it shall be in accordance with the national standard).
  • High temperature baking: The batter is baked at high temperature by a spring roll skin baking machine to form a thin spring roll skin.
  • Cutting: Set the cutting size according to the specifications, and the size of the spring roll wrappers produced is the same.
  • Stacking and counting: Stack the cut spring roll wrappers into stacks according to a certain number.
