Operating Principle of Automatic Kisra Machine

Batter is pumped to a nozzle and applied to the surface of a rotating baking drum. As the drum rotates, the kisra automatically detaches from the surface. A scraper blade then guides the product onto a cooling conveyor belt, completing the entire baking process.

Adjustable Thickness for Various Recipes: The gap between the scraper blade and the baking drum can be adjusted, allowing for a flatbread thickness ranging from 0.2 mm to 2 mm.
Continuous Operation: The entire process from batter feeding and baking to cooling and conveying is fully automated. This industrial kisra making machine reduces labor costs and minimizes the waste rate often associated with manual production.
Food Grade Stainless Steel: The stainless steel mesh cooling conveyor is designed with quick-release latches. It can be easily lifted off the frame for high-pressure washing, preventing any sticky batter residue from accumulating on the mesh.
