Operation Steps of Otomatis Manda Patti Machine
- Raw material mixing: Add flour, water and other auxiliary materials (such as salt, starch) into the mixer. According to the formula ratio, and stir at low speed until there is no particle and uniform batter.
- Sieve and filter: After the batter is filtered through the vibrating screen, it is pumped into the slurry storage tank for standby use to eliminate impurities and ensure fluidity.
- Preheating baking area: Start the equipment, set the baking plate temperature to the preset value (usually 160℃~200℃). And preheat for 5~10 minutes until the temperature stabilizes.
- Adjustment parameters: Set the sheet thickness (adjustable from 0.2~2mm), conveyor belt speed and cutting size (square/round) through the touch screen.
- Quantitative delivery and baking of sheet: The slurry storage tank evenly applies the batter to the preheated baking plate through a metering pump, and forms a continuous thin manda patti after baking.
- Servo-driven cutting: The servo-driven cutting mechanism uses a spatula to cut the baked manda patti sheet. Then leaves the baking wheel. Subsequently, a rotary cutter actively cuts the sheet according to the preset size (e.g., cutting once every 9 cm).
- Synchronous stacking and counting: The conveyor belt actively transports the manda patti products to the stacking machine, where each stack of 10 to 20 manda patti sheets is automatically sorted. A photoelectric sensor is employed to ensure precise alignment.
- Packaging preparation: Users can actively transfer the stacked manda patti to the packaging line, or choose to store them temporarily in a constant temperature and humidity warehouse (humidity 50%–60%) to avoid brittleness and cracking.
